Business Development & Sales Manager

Business development is a combination of strategic analysis, marketing, and sales. You can be involved in everything from the development of our products and services to the creation of marketing strategies, generation of sales leads, negotiating and closing deals. - Help increase sales through lead generation, marketing, and other corporate strategies. - As a business development manager, your job duties will include identifying and contacting prospective customers or partner companies, promoting the business online and via wordof-mouth, and creating client proposals and contracts. - Design marketing materials - You are responsible for the generation and development of both inbound and outbound new business opportunities - Actively and successfully managing the sales process: from lead generation to signing agreements, negotiations, closing deals. - Present Bloop and Loudspeaker to potential clients through direct communication, faceto-face meetings, networking events, phone calls and emails. - Take initiative and strive to make a noticeable contribution to the company

REQUIREMENTS: You are confident, fun, friendly and most importantly business savvy understanding different business models and business needs.  Passionate about business and technology  Ability to have serious conversations around technical subjects.  Detail oriented, positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines.  Ability to work on multiple projects and drive results.  Written and verbal communication skills in English
